Who we are

JK Electrical is an electrical business run by Jamie Kelly, based in Dublin. If you have any question about your details, ring 083 145 7024 or email jkelectrical.ie@gmail.com.

What we collect

If you use the enquiry form, we get the details you type in: your name, phone number, email if you give it, and what you need done. If you ring, text or WhatsApp us, we see your number and whatever you send, including photos.

What we use it for

Only to get back to you about your job, give you a price and do the work. We use it because you asked us to come back to you, which is what the tick box on the form says. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

The enquiry form is delivered to our email by Formspree, a form service. Our email is Google's Gmail, and WhatsApp messages go through WhatsApp. The website is hosted by Vercel, and its fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page opens.

Cookies

This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and then it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Ring or email and it will be done. If you are not happy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie.
